Jason Kemp – Master Fabricator & Textile Wizard
Jason (also answers to Jake, oi you and what’s your name) boasts over 24 years in textile fabrication. Since completing his textile fabrication apprenticeship back in 2005, he’s tackled everything from large-scale industrial projects to custom recreational covers with equal measures of skill and style. Obsessed with quality, Jake is always elbow-deep in the latest research, constantly innovating to keep LJ Covers ahead of the curve as a provider of premium textile solutions. If precision, durability, and detail were a competition, he’d definitely take home the gold.
Leah Kemp – Office Maestro & Marketing Guru
Leah is the friendly powerhouse managing the show behind the scenes. With over 25 years of experience in customer service, advertising, and marketing, she’s the one who ensures the wheels turn smoothly (and Jason doesn’t touch computers or socials!). Leah’s also dedicated the past decade to advocating for employment opportunities within the disability sector, which means she’s as compassionate as she is capable. Whether it’s running the socials, fine-tuning marketing strategies, or keeping Jason in line, Leah does it all with warmth and wit.
