Weather is the one variable a construction programme can’t control, and it’s usually the one that costs the most. A wet week exposes green concrete, soaks stored material, shuts down facade work, and pushes every trade behind it. The covers that prevent this are rarely off the shelf, because sites are rarely a standard shape.

We are a manufacturer. We cut, weld and stitch covers to the dimensions of your site, from our factory in Brisbane, and we supply to sites across Australia. If your specification nominates a material, we work to it. If it doesn’t, we recommend against the exposure the cover will actually see, and we supply the data behind the recommendation.

Material specification and sourcing

Please note, we are a manufacturer, not a fabric mill. What we bring is specification judgement and supply access: knowing which construction suits the application, sourcing it from a supplier who can certify it, and manufacturing it correctly.

What determines your fumigation sheet specification

• Programme duration. A cover up for six weeks and a cover up for three wet seasons justify different grades, and we will say plainly which one we are quoting.
• Exposure and wind. An exposed facade at height takes load a ground level hoarding does not. Mesh passes air that a solid panel has to resist, and that changes both the fabric and the fixing pattern.
• Fire requirement. If the project nominates a fire rating for enclosures or hot work areas, tell us the standard it names and we will source material certified to it.
• Reuse. A cover intended to move between sites is specified for handling and abrasion, not only for weather.
• Fixing method. How it ties off drives the reinforcement and eyelet pattern as much as the fabric choice does.
• Printing. If the panel is carrying signage, that narrows the fabric options and is worth raising before the material is ordered rather than after.

Scaffold sheeting and facade containment

Sheeting cut to your scaffold bay dimensions, with the eyelet spacing and reinforcement your tie pattern needs. Printed panels are available where the site hoarding doubles as signage.

Concrete curing blankets and slab protection

Covers that hold moisture against a pour through the early cure, and protect a finished slab from following trades. These are made to the slab, not trimmed from a roll on site.

Temporary roofing and weather enclosures

Where a roof is open, a structure is part built, or a heritage facade needs protection through a wet season, we fabricate the enclosure to the frame you have.

Site hoarding, debris screening and shade

Hoarding panels, debris containment, and screening that keeps material on site and dust off the neighbours.

Stockpile, material and plant covers

Covers for sand, aggregate, cement product, and stored materials, plus machinery and plant covers cut to the equipment rather than draped over it.

Repairs, alterations and ongoing supply

A cover that tears in its third year is usually worth repairing. We restitch, reweld, replace zips, eyelets and fittings, and we repair covers we did not make. Ongoing and repeat supply arrangements are available for builders running multiple sites.

Working with us on construction projects

• Manufacturing: Every cover is made at our Redland Bay factory. Cutting, welding, stitching and hardware all happen under one roof, which is what keeps a variation from becoming a three week delay.
• Material certification: Where your specification nominates a fabric or a performance standard, we source material the supplier can certify and pass that certification through to you with the goods.
• Site measure and consultation: We attend site to measure and consult where the job warrants it. For interstate work we can work from your drawings, a marked up survey, or a measure taken by your site team to a template we supply.
• Packing and transport: Large format covers are rolled or folded and packed for the transport method they are travelling on. We deliver to metropolitan, regional and remote sites, including interstate.
• Programme and shutdown windows: Construction works to dates. Tell us the date the cover is needed on site and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it before you commit to it.
